Research shows that “The Bag for Life” has become the new single use carrier bag.
To reduce the number of those bags going to waste we are increasing the charge from 10 pence to 30 pence from 1st April 2020.
We will also start selling Co-op’s Home Compostable Carrier Bags for 10 pence each.
We offer a range of durable reusable bags including the Allendale Co-op Foldable Shopping Bag. We also usually have cardboard boxes available to pack your shopping in.
Don’t forget we give a loyalty point for every re-usable bag that you use to pack your shopping.
